A paper copy of the LIHWAP application is available here. Simply print it out and mail it to the address shown on the last page.

Please note that customers must continue to pay their sewer bills until your application is approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and you become eligible for the program (UMHJSA is not involved in determining eligibility). Please pay your sewer bill yourself until the LIHWAP account is completely set up.
